FEBRUARY 2004 NEWS RELEASE PANCAKE WHEEL SIGNS MAJOR DISTRIBUTION DEAL Virginia Beach, Virginia ——Pancake Wheel announces it has signed a distribution agreement with Compact Solutions Inc. (CSI) of Atlanta, Georgia, which will manufacture and distribute three variations of Pancake designed products: plastic flat wagons, aluminum flat wagons, and unique two wheeled Pancake-designed "compact carts", all incorporating Pancake's patented folding wheel technology. Jay Catalina, CEO of Compact Solutions calls these new designs, "the biggest breakthrough in lawn and garden cart design in generations. This new family of products will revolutionize the way consumers use, store, and purchase these type products. Many of our buyers are anxiously awaiting delivery of these products." CSI plans to introduce the product variations in 2004 to warehouse clubs, hardware store chains and various other strategic distribution channels, initially in North America, followed by the addition of other territories.
