PANCAKE WHEELED PRODUCTS SIGNS AGREEMENT RELATING
TO DISTRIBUTION THROUGH ELECTRONIC RETAILERS

Beach, Virginia - Pancake Wheeled Products, Inc. announces it has reached an agreement with –Armstrong Consulting, an independent product marketing firm, relating to potential distribution of Pancake Wheeled Products' fold flat wagons and carts through electronic retailers, including home shopping television networks. Tom Armstrong, principal of Armstrong Consulting based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, was a producer at QVC, Inc. for ten years.
"We are extremely excited to have reached an agreement with Tom Armstrong which will help us best promote and distribute our products
through home shopping networks, and we especially believe his prior experience with QVC will prove vital in our approach to QVC" notes Rick Shapiro, Pancake Wheeled Products president. Plans for the launch of the
Pancake Wheeled Products "Pancake flat wagon" are being readied for late 2002 or early 2003.

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR CANADA.
Virginia Beach, Virginia--Pancake Wheeled Products, LLC. is very pleased
to announce a distribution agreement for Pancake Wheeled Products in Canada. The agreement is between Pancake Wheeled Products, LLC, and a Canadian joint venture that will be established specifically to
distribute, market and sell PWP's products.
The Canadian entity is a partnership of Rob Michelin and Robin Burns, of Montreal, Quebec. Mr. Michelin, who also serves as international
licensing agent for Pancake Wheeled Products, LLC, commented, "I am very pleased to be a part of a joint venture with Robin Burns, whose experience and expertise in the distribution of sporting goods and other
consumer products as President of Itech Sport Products, a premiere sporting goods company based in Canada, is considerable. We feel that Canada represents an excellent opportunity for PWP's ground-breaking
products and are eager to see these products in the marketplace."
The Canadian entity will be based in Montreal and will handle, on an exclusive basis, all Canadian distribution for the Pancake Wheeled
Products line. "This joint venture is an important step in establishing our North America-wide distribution", said Rick Shapiro, President of PWP,
LLC. "Our initial focus is on North America and we are extremely pleased to establish this relationship with a group that can have a major impact in Canada."

PANCAKE WHEELED PRODUCTS REVEALS
REVOLUTIONARY FOLDING CHILDREN'S FUN CAR DESIGNS.
Virginia Beach, Virginia- Pancake Wheeled Products, LLC. has released
concept drawings of its ground-breaking, folding children's fun car during June 2002. "This product goes where no other children's fun car product
goes. It stands alone as a state of the art development among the fun cars currently available world-wide," explained Rick Shapiro, PWP
president. "No other foot-powered fun car can fold significantly for easy storage. We have created an easily foldable fun car that retains a profile
of less than five inches thin, allowing it to be placed against a wall or stowed flat in the trunk of any vehicle."
The PWP fun car is able to achieve its super thin profile due to its use of
PWP's patented "pivoting wheel axle" technology. "With a number of important related innovations, we have adapted the 'pivoting wheel axle'
technology to children's fun cars," explained Shapiro. "In addition, we have a number of other innovative, groundbreaking variations to children's fun cars that we will be introducing in the next 12 to 18
months."

PANCAKE WHEELED PRODUCTS NEARING COMPLETION
OF WORLD'S THINNEST 16" FOLDING JOGGING STROLLER.
Virginia Beach, Virginia-During October 2001, at the Inter-bike show in Las Vegas, Nevada, Pancake Wheeled Products, LLC. introduced the
world's thinnest folding jogging stroller. The new design, which featured 12-inch pneumatic wheels and which folded to a super-thin profile of approximately 5.5 inches, represents a revolutionary change to how
jogging strollers are conceived. Especially innovative is that the thin profile is achieved without having to detach any of the parts, including the wheels.
PWP intends to unveil the second generation-world's thinnest folding jogging stroller by the end of summer 2002. The new prototype includes
16" pneumatic tires, a caliper braking system, and folds to about 5" thin with no detaching parts.

Virginia Beach, Virginia- During November, 2002 Pancake Wheeled Products, LLC. introduced the world's thinnest folding jogging
stroller--which quickly folds to an amazing 6 inches thin. The production prototype includes no detaching parts, yet employs 16 inch pneumatic bike tires. The pancake patent pending design is a radical change in the
manner in which joggers are conceived, as it folds more than twice as thin as any other currently manufactured jogging stroller, and most other joggers require detaching several wheels from the product.
